Setup steps
Follow these steps after installing from the Web Store. On first install, the extension may open a short welcome tour automatically.

Add to Chrome
Open our Chrome Web Store listing and click Add to Chrome. Confirm the install prompt when Chrome asks.

Pin the extension
Click the puzzle icon in the Chrome toolbar, find InboxGuard, and pin it so the shield icon stays visible.

Create your account
Start your free trial with a Progz account. No credit card is required to begin.

Sign in
Open the extension popup and sign in with your Progz email and password. You can also sign in on the web dashboard — your session syncs to the extension automatically.

Open your inbox
Go to Gmail or Outlook in Chrome. InboxGuard analyzes threat signals as you read email — no manual setup per mailbox.

Review protection
Risk banners appear for suspicious senders and links. Use the extension popup for scan history, plan status, and account settings.
